Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the customization of our products we do not offer returns or refunds at this time.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of damage in shipping
  • Item was not received

Please contact info@nikkirome.com with any concerns. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
